Babies make the cutests sounds. I swear they could let one rip and everyone would be "AW"ing. She's adorable! She has some beautiful brown eyes!

She's doing real baby things now, not just sleeping, eating or crying. How cute!

GOD BLESS HER! She really is such a precious little thing. She's so cute, I just want to hug her (hope that didn't sound weird). It's also amazing on how she's so alert, and all the sounds that she makes at just one month. She's a fiery little thing! But I love it, because that just means she won't take "NO" for an answer when she gets older. Hehe.

And yes I did hear her say "HI!" She IS a GENIUS BABY! =)

Well, take care.

that was adorable. This may sound really weird, but after seeing that video she just seems much more.... real. For the lack of a better word. I just don't know how to explain it, but because i can actually hear her.... oh it's just so cute.

Anyways i was reading your previous blog entry, and i've said this to you before but you really do remind me of my newspaper teacher. The first time you were pregnant she was as well. Now her daughter sophie is seven months old. When she was about to return to work she had the same concerns you did. Hearing you voice you concerns reminds me of how scared and nervous she was. And although i want to tell you, you'll be fine, you won't care until you actually realize it by going through it. My teacher is tired. Alot. She is never properly well rested, but to be completely honest, she could care less. Her daughter brings more joy than ever into her life and she would give up all the sleep in the world. It's cute to see her practically run out of the room at the end of the day when i'm working on layout to go pick up her daughter. I'm so glad you get to experience this because you deserve it so much. Children really do bring out the best in people. And when you do return to work, or course you'll wish like you could be a stay at home mom, but i bet you'll also feel like you have a wonderful life- a perfect family. Busy, but fun.

Hi Kelly-
I began reading your blog on Xanga about a year and a half ago, and then slowly stopped going onto Xanga at all. I recently logged into my site, and remembered reading your blog religiously. Congrats on getting your own site (finally!) and more importantly the baby! She is beautiful! I believe the last time I read your Xanga you had just purchased your house and were painting and fixing everything up. It was great to stumble upon your new site, and I'll definitely begin reading it more often. Take care!

okay so she has your eyes and i think def. Jerry's nose. Are her eyes brown?

How the @$@$ did you get her to say hi like that?! She's a genius already.

Awww... The best part is when you move the camera higher, over the toy thing near the end. Right then, she sort of looks up at you (the camera)... adorable.

She's amazing, Kelly!

VERY cute! She's starting to make noises already. Awesome.

Just think, it could be worse, most women only get 6 weeks maternity, you could have been back to work already. I used two weeks of vacation time, and even 8 weeks seemed too soon. But I think regardless, its always really hard to go back. You look forward to the adult interaction and having time away from the baby, but you also HATE to think of time away from the baby. I bawled like a little girl both times I had to go backto work after giving birth.

BTW, as my retired father says (he forgets what day of the week it is now too) he knows that "big [news]paper day" means its Sunday. LOL!

My 3 year old watched this video and thought it was the best thing ever " I hear her! I love babies, they are the best!"

Too cute.
