Busy trying to soak up every last bit of summer

Swimming, grilling and a heaping pile of denial.

That's what our Labor Day weekends are made of.

Yours?

Denial works. Three more weeks of summer, calendar-wise, and for the edge of the North Jersey highlands, weather-wise, too. Grilling again tonight, but burner element on last legs. Still plenty of Ballantine in cooler, hey Jerry, catch! Have Yoo-Hoo for the kids. Wonder what is favorite brew there, now that Rolling Rock was taken over? How's that for denial?

My labor day weekend was made of going to a wedding that was boring as all hell, writing two biology essays, sitting around watching shitty tv because my dad wouldn't hand over the remote, and visiting old people =|

It was fantastic.

Procrastination that I'm going to pay for these few days.
