Note to self

Never ask someone in a cast "What happened?" EVER AGAIN.

Because they've probably told the story 108,277,530 times to inquiring strangers JUST LIKE YOU.

HA I debuted my broken foot at a graduation party. I made a rule that anyone who asked me "What Happened??" had to buy me a drink if I told them. That was a REALLY good day. :-P

Also, never tell anyone who's tall, "WOW! You're really tall!"

They are well aware of that fact and will give you a wonderful look.

Very true. And going right along with, "Thezanyone's" comment: "NEVER tell someone that they're short!" Because that's just annoying. Not to mention that it's just the BIGGEST "DUH" EVER! =P Just because the statement's said out loud doesn't mean that it's going to magically change. Some things are better left unsaid.

I'll just wait.

thezanyone: Going right along with you (again), the most annoying question for a tall person to receive is... "Do you play basketball?"

Because everyone who is tall must play basketball. Is there some sort of unspoken rule I'm not aware of?

Ha, if someone asked me for the 108,277,530th time what the cast on my wrist was all about, I might swing it at 'em!

Yes me too, in the words of Yogi Berra, deja vu all over again when the prior post seems to have jumped forward. And since it is 10:30 AM and not Happy Hour, and saw the other comment, know it is not me! LOL!
