HERE WE GO STEELERS, HERE WE GO!

DSC_0419
I don't want to jinx anything, but winning a Super Bowl
HAS to be easier than getting these two to stay still
for a photo and look at the camera at the same time.

(And if anyone has any headline suggestions for my front page tonight, catering to Steeler Country of course, I'd be interested to see what you guys can come up with. ... Ready? ... GO!)

Update: WOOOOOOOOOOoooooOOOOOOOOOooooTTTTTTTTTTTtttttt!

Classiest franchise in the NFL is now also the winningest.

Classiest franchise in the NFL now has one for the other thumb.

(this came from my hardcore loving steeler fan fiance. we both weren't sure if winningest is a word haha)

Steelers + Superbowl = Six

Good to even see the Cards keep challenging, too; a great game with two top teams; the fans, even with "obnoxious cable packages" were winners, too!

Although I am a complete stranger to you I read your blog everyday so I'm aware of Jerry's love for the Steelers and was thinking about him and how he must be reacting to the game. I'm hoping for a post of Jerryisms or his reactions while he was watching the Superbowl.

LOVE this photo of Allison and Toby in their "Steeler's Apparel!" =o)And I'm not a football fan but: I'm glad to hear that the Steeler's won for your's and Jerry's sake. ^o^

Take, care.

Anonymous No. 2,

I would love to have seen Jerry during the Super Bowl, but I was at work. I can tell you, however, that when I dropped off Alli to Jerry at our friend's house who was hosting a Steeler's party, I found all of them out back on the deck, Steelers music blaring, rosting cornish game hens on the grill (closest small bird to a Cardinal) and Jerry was shirtless. In 40 degree weather. I'd say he was thrilled.
