Bennett

My first photo session during my week in New York was with the incredibly expressive Bennett and a few of his biggest fans. It's very obvious these first-time grandparents are loving the newest member of their family.

And I did too. For 7 months old, he is an amazing mover and shaker. When his mom said he was sitting and crawling, I almost had to see it for myself.

Bennet was all too happy to show off his skills when I gave him a few new things to play with. What a little ham.

OMG friggen ADORABLE!!!!!! My favorite is photo #2, where he's crawling toward the camera. Although the one where grandma and grandpa are holding him is a very close second.

Its amazing, somehow you've managed to make the age lines in the grandmas face look truely beautiful. As if she's had a great life smiling so much that it's left its mark.

Wonderful job Kelly!

Great work Kelly, I too, liked the progressive, crawling shot. I also like the insightful variety of your shoots, keying off the personalities of your subjects.

Wow, this is my favorite photo shoot yet! I see your skills improving and getting better, and that's great. My three favorite photos are: Bennett being adored by both Grandma and Grandpa, the sequence photo of Bennett trying to get to the car (Awesome! And that one would look great over his crib) and Bennett sitting in the middle of that cute train set. Absolutely adorable photos and the rest are great as well. =D What great photos they'll all have to cherish.

Question: These are all studio photos and you were away from your home studio. So does that mean that you made a little studio at your mom's?
