I know. He's a month old and I haven't updated one bit. To be honest, I have SUCH a newfound appreciation for parents with more than one child. Hard doesn't even begin to describe the responsibility.
But when I get a few hours of sleep and can focus my eyes, I have two incredible little beings to cuddle with and love.
Here's one quick photo from the hospital. He's already benching 20 pounds.

Oh my goodness! What a handsome baby. He is so long! Congrats on your newest family member... enjoy them, they grow up waaay fast.
What a handsome little boy. As they get older, juggling two gets easier--they actually entertain each other. :) I hope that your family is well.
He doesn't look like a newborn at all. He's already so tall! And his face looks a lot like Allison's.
Congratulations to you and your family! I can't wait to see more photos, especially of the entire family together.
He's a good looking little guy! I can definitely see Allison when looking at him. Can't wait for more updates!
Wow, he's already on the nursery's Varsity team!
No one's going to kick sand in his or his big sister's face at the beach this summer, or any other, either!
The cool part of it all Kelly, is that years from now, you and Jerry are still going to look at them and then at each other and know it was worth it all, the work, the worry, the strain and the tears. This is what life is really all about. Live and enjoy it as you can.
Meanwhile I'll see if I can find an extra box of toothpicks to help keep your eyes open, lol!
Thank you, thank you! He's so gorgeous! And a big, big boy. No doubts who his father is, none at all. 20 pounds? WOW! That'll build those biceps.
I've always heard that having a second child isn't two times more work but more like ten. When you adjust we'll be looking forward to seeing this little guy grow.

Oh, my! What a long and big boy Evan is! God bless him and your family. Kelly! =D I hope to hear about his birth story, when you get the time.
I read your blog consistently for several years (during the xanga days AND I even remember downloading your wedding playlist) but have never commented. I haven't visited in a while, and I didn't realize how long it has been until I saw this picture! Congratulations on a beautiful baby boy and a gorgeous family!!
